Swimmers will not get into the pool without the Couches permission. 

Swimmers are expected to attend all practices unless other arrangements have been made with the head coach. 

Swimmers are expected to arrive on time. 

Swimmers are expected to show respect and listen to coaches and volunteers.

Swimmers are expected to support each other, give 100%, and have fun. 

Swimmers should let Coach Destiny know if they will be missing practice.

Parents are expected to ensure that thier swimmer make it to practice. 

Parents will encourage swimmers. 

Parents will show respect to all swimmers, staff, and coaches!
